We're looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director for the UK&I. This role is based in London (although can consider our regional offices), although working remotely for the foreseeable future. In this role, you'll operate as a true business assistant, understating SThree's corporate objectives and undertaking tasks that have an impact on the success or profitability of the business.

What will you be doing?

You'll help our Managing Director achieve their goals by thinking proactively, and providing relevant, personalised and timely administrative support.

As a PA, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Set the MDs daily schedule, managing their diaries to ensure time is effectively organised, planned and prioritised
Set up and co–ordinate the meeting agenda – booking rooms, taking minutes, as required. Ensure meeting packs (including agendas and minutes) are compiled and distributed in a timely fashion.
Support the MD with the delegation and follow–up of all actions
Plan cost–effective and time–efficient domestic and international travel & accommodation arrangements
Act as the first point of contact for the MD among colleagues, employees, clients and other external partners/stakeholders – ensuring everyone receives a high level of customer service
Support on any project work, event planning, staff incentives and other activity that across the sales business.
Understand how the organisation works and who the key people are within each functional area to action requests and achieve authorisations
Assist the MD with the preparation of internal and external correspondence and presentations
Prepare any required reports

What skills/experience should you have?

Experience of working as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant at Director level
Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint
Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Complex diary management
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work.
