The Role
As HR Business Partner you will be part of a small team reporting to the HR Director, bringing best people practice to the organisation. The business is growing and people remain at the core as the company undergoes a period of organisational change. You will help to deliver practical solutions to create a more agile business in a fast paced and multi–site environment, travelling between sites to deliver solutions.
The Company
Our client is a growing multi–site SME located in Bristol and surrounding area. There are currently around 250 employees.
The Person
As HR Business Partner you will have relevant Business or HR qualifications ( or be on the CIPD pathway ) and ideally some experience in a B2C / retail environment. You will have the tenacity to deliver within a multi–site, fast–paced, people / results driven setting. If you also have:
experience in SME setting
ability to develop practical solutions
excellent organisational skills??? then we need to be talking.
A driving licence is essential. All site locations are within the local area. Travel will be frequent between sites but there is no requirement for longer trips or overnights away.
