Programme Manager - Digital Delivery - Challenger Bank - FTC

Leading Challenger Bank require an experienced Programme Manager with strong Digital Delivery experience. The role holder will lead, direct, and control the delivery of major change programmes, up to GBP30m in value, ensuring delivery within cost, quality, and timescale parameters, meeting the benefits realisation identified in the business case. The role holder will manage specific key stakeholder relationships related to the change programme, typically at the 'Head Of' and 'Executive' level and will also manage key supplier relationships that are integral to the programme delivery.

Key responsibilities will include leading the delivery of complex mobile, web and telephony replatforming programmes, including third party delivery across multiple technology and service providers. You will scope, shape and lead programmes through the lifecycle, applying appropriate methodologies such as agile, waterfall and hybrid. You will lead, structure, and drive cross–functional programme teams, consisting of change, IT and operational resources plus third–party technology and business services partners and providers.

The ideal candidate will strong Digital Delivery experience, especially around the replatforming of mobile, web or telephony. You will have a strong understanding of the systems development lifecycle and be able work collaboratively with the CIO IS Delivery team to integrate IS suppliers. You will also need to be commercially minded with the ability to manage financial objectives and budgets exceeding GBP30m.
