There is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Family Lawyer with a well-respected Black Country firm that is looking to appoint a Head of Family Law.
The practice is well known in the West Midlands and has built a solid reputation for its private client and commercial services. Its family team is split between dealing with privately funded divorce, ancillary relief and private Children Act work, while the Public Law team deals with Care proceedings. The role will consist in leading the private family team across their Black Country offices.
Ideally, you will have already attained several years of experience in privately funded work and have some track record for managing and leading a team of fee earners. The successful applicant will have the full backing of the firm and its support function.
However, they will be expected to lead from the front, marketing and generating future work sources. You will have the ability to supervise and motivate the team towards achieving the departmental financial targets and the technical know-how to lend support where required.
In addition to running a respected family team, a generous salary, bonus and benefits package is on offer.
