Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Greater London - A new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to work with high-levels of autonomy in a flexible business with a strong ethos of people development and employee well-being. With a minimum of 5 years' experience handling a broad mix of M&A, JV's, Corporate Finance and PE work.
JOB TITLE: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 5+ Years PQE LOCATION: Greater London (West) SALARY: Competitive Salary
THE ROLE: The successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will provide additional strength and depth to the existing team by supporting the partners with more complex corporate and commercial work and supervising the more junior members of the team. The team advise a wide range of clients to include, start-up companies to large institutions, including UK and overseas private and public companies. Their work ranges from modest to large, complex transactions. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are sought from Corporate & Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will be responsible for a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters to include, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Corporate Advisory, Private Equity and Joint Ventures. It is essential that you have exceptional business development skills, be IT literate and have experience of managing or supervising juniors members of a team.
