Location: Central London
A thriving and expanding law firm in Central London (and growing) are looking for a Senior finance manager to help guide the firm in the next stage of their development. They are demonstrably ambitious and looking for an aspirational Senior Legal Finance manager looking for an exciting challenge.
The successful candidate will be reporting in directly to the Finance Director, and this will be hands on managerial role.They needsomeone who has an audit background and knows the basics is important, as it's hands-on and will be part of a team about 10 people - You will be focused on developing some of the junior team members. A strong communicator with a clear understanding of how to handle not only the day-to-day operations and reporting, but also to help guide the practice on strategy.Proven managerial experience within the finance team of a law firm or professional services firm with the ability to engage and motivate individuals and create collective accountability for service delivery.
