Adult Social Care Lawyer

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer for an initial period of three months.

The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be required to have previous experience in the following areas:

• Court of Protection
• Mental Health
• Ordinary Residence
• Judicial Review
• Age assessments
• Nearest relative queries
• Care Act
• Queries relating to asylum seekers

It is essential you have experience covering the full remit of adult social/community care matters to be considered for the position. Our client is flexible with PQE so long as you can demonstrate you fulfil the above requirements.

This is currently a remote working position but there may be a requirement to attend the office on an ad hoc basis.
