A leading Information Services PLC, is searching for an newly qualified Management Accountant! Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role offers a unique opportunity to join the Finance team as they re-energise and improve the foundations put in place by the existing team.
The role & responsibilities;Reporting directly to the Financial Controller Running the Management Accounts for the UK division Business partnering with Heads of Departments Ensuring efficient cost management vs budget • Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including the posting of corrections to be used as audit back up files Maintaining an accurate cashflow forecast on a weekly basis, flagging any changes or concerns to the Financial Controller in a timely manner Working closely with the finance team to maintain and refine all financial processes Assisting with the preparation of financial analysis
The person we are looking for;
Qualified or very nearly Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent planning and organisational skills Experience in using an established ERP – Microsoft BC experience advantageous Experience working within multi-site organisations would be beneficial, but is not essential A friendly and proactive demeanour Reliable, in terms of quality and quantity of work as well as timekeeping and attendance Good team player Strong level of written and spoken English
