HR Business Partner (Gloucestershire)
Do you want to make a big difference to the world? Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing bespoke products that are supplied into a range of industries, their product quality is recognised as second to none. They are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their close knit, friendly team.
What type of person are we looking for? First and foremost, we are looking for somebody who has experience in playing an active and integral role in all aspects of working within a HR BP function, leading specific projects and areas of responsibility for the site.
We are looking for someone who has experience working within an engineering or manufacturing company, supporting talent and succession planning and working with Workday systems would be advantageous

* Work in partnership with the business, providing advice, guidance and lead on all employee matters. Performance management, grievance, and disciplinary cases
* Developing Job Descriptions and support the process of Job Evaluation, ensuring clear structures and accountabilities.
* Participate in HR projects and day–day general administration when required
* Supporting HR Advisors with case work, change programmes, restructure
* CIPD Level 5 gained within HR Environment
* CIPD Level 7 certificate/Diploma
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to use their technical and practical skills in a supportive, dynamic, and forward–thinking environment. You will be a crucial member of the Management structure as they continue to grow.
