Overview:
We are recruiting for an experienced SC or DV cleared Business Analyst to join our clients identity and access management team on a large scale transformation project.
The IDAM project provides identity and access management technologies and processes across a diverse geographic and stakeholder environment.
The IDAM business analyst will work within the IDAM project team to assist the analysis and implementation of new technologies and business processes. The analyst will need to quickly understand current technologies and ways–of–working, then help identify and analyse future requirements and potential solution options.
Key responsibilities
Communicate and engage with stakeholders to capture, understand, and record business requirements;
Use data and business analysis and modelling to create options for strategic and operational change (in–line with the business requirements);
Provide opportunities–and–risks analysis against options;
Undertake detailed process mapping and role analysis to detail the future ('to–be') state;
Detail and communicate solution benefits across stakeholder groups;
Manage stakeholders to gain buy–in and agree the solutions and delivery approach;
Produce documentation to support all of the above where necessary.
Key Requirements
Data capture, analysis, and evaluation;
Business modelling – capturing the as–is and to–be;
Options, risk, and opportunities analysis;
Process flow modelling,
Role analysis and profiling;
Adept in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Requirements management (elicitation, validation and change control);
Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict effectively to achieve optimum business outcomes.
Stakeholder analysis;In return:
You will be working in a challenging and quirky environment with some of the best minds in the country. Contracted for 12 months initially with a possibly to extend thereafter. You'll be challenged and pushed to succeed and will have autonomy to make changes with the Risk owner.
