Our client, who is based within the Public sector in the Glasgow area, have an urgent requirement for a Senior ICaird Business Analyst. This is a temporary requirement for 12 months with a daily rate of pay GBP325 outside IR35.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. There will be a mix of home working (whilst COVID restrictions are in place), office–based and remote working at partner sites across Scotland.
Basic Disclosure Scotland as minimum, and Current Driving Licence required.

Role
iCAIRD is one of NHS large, strategic innovation programmes, this role will provide business analyst support across the iCAIRD programme.
You will work with leading–edge innovators to invent new AI tools and to validate existing technology by integrating it within the clinical workflow. Working alongside pathologists, technologists, researchers, data scientists, governance specialists and health economists, you'll evaluate technology and help prepare it for regulatory compliance.
This is a complex innovation programme involving a broad range of internal and external stakeholders across clinical, technology, governance, operations, process, policy and commercial disciplines. It offers a diverse mix of technologies, disciplines and partners. It is an exciting opportunity to participate at the vanguard of heath technology in Scotland.
Skills and Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent in computer science or engineering, or can demonstrate experience at Senior Business Analyst level with evidence of success
Extensive experience in the analysis, specification, development and implementation of systems, processes and innovation within a public or private service environment
Demonstrable experience gained from leading analysis activities within a complex, agile and modern innovation environment involving multiple stakeholders
Good interpersonal and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence decision–making
Holds professional qualification or equivalent accredited training in business and systems analysis (PMI–PBA, CBAP or equivalent)
Holds professional qualification or accredited training in service management (ITIL or equivalent)
Fluent in the latest analysis methodologies including those related to consensus building, user case/story development, process design, target operating model development and service/product design
Excellent knowledge and experience of NHS systems, data and processes, gained through systems implementation, integration and project delivery within the healthcare sector.
Experience within a research and innovation environment and able to demonstrate innovation within their own roles
