Divisional Director

Fawkes and Reece are recruiting for a Divisional Director for an international contractor. This is an attractive opportunity for a Divisional Director to join an established and thriving business to grow a division and team. This is an opportunity to work with a well–respected Main Contractor with a network of offices across the UK, this is a multi–million turnover business and a major PLC.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and manage a business unit as Divisional Director for a business with a great name and reputation in the market. You will be responsible for London and South East region with a team of Operation managers and Project Directors reporting into you. Within the Region, they focus on the Build Construction market working on a portfolio of projects up to circa GBP150 Million across commercial, education, hospital, residential schemes.

The ideal candidates will have extensive industry experience in the Main Contracting market. The candidate must have a proven ability to manage a large team across multiple schemes and delivered a successful portfolio of work for a Main Contractor. A driven personality and high standard of management skills are essential.
