COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR – HERTFORDSHIRE BASED – REGIONAL MAIN CONTRACTOR
This is an attractive opportunity for a Commercial Director to join an established business and grow a division and team. Our client is a well–respected Main Contractor with a network of offices across the UK, with them being a multimillion turnover business and a major PLC.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in to manage a business unit as Commercial Director for a business with a great name and reputation in the market. You will be responsible for London and South region with a team of Commercial Managers and Surveyors reporting into you. within the Region, they focus within the Build Construction market working on a portfolio of projects up to circa GBP50 Million across Commercial, education, Hospital, residential schemes.
Requirements: Candidates must have extensive industry experience in the Main Contracting market. The candidate must be commercially aware and have proven ability to manage a team, portfolio of work and having worked for a Main Contractor. Also, personality and management skills are a must!
