You will be the Head of Digital Acquisition or Head of Acquisition & Performance or Head of Digital Performance – whatever you would like to call yourself – this is a brand new role within a successful and growing company. They have an international reach with markets in Germany, France, the UK and US.

We are seeking a commercial and data driven individual who can work in a fast–paced environment and has a proven background. You will be someone who has worked in a B2C capacity – retail, consumer, travel, luxury, electronics, sport etc.

Responsibilities:

Managing and Developing the Social, Paid Search and Affiliates channels
Generate demand through the paid channels (PPC and Paid Search)
Lead SEO Strategy and Optimise across all territories
Lead Organic Content Creation and Optimisation
Manage and develop the data around Consumer Journeys
Manage and grow the media budgets for all the territoriesPerson Spec:

Expert in Performance/ Effectiveness Marketing
6+ Years Senior Digital Marketing experience (e–commerce retail ideally)
Demonstrable experience of growth of channels
Gravitas and Senior leadership qualities
Self–starter and autonomous
Self–motivated and ambitious
