Our F1000 Research team is growing! We have an exciting opportunity to add a Business Analyst who will work closely with our Taylor & Francis team. You will report into the Delivery Director and will be responsible for improvements to our core platform infrastructure. While it'd be advantageous to have research or publishing experience, it's not required.

What you'll be doing:
* Working closely with partners to define and deliver requirements for platform updates and improvements. The jobholder will develop a deep understanding of the digital platforms and products and will function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding Platform functionality, workflows, and data.
* We are looking for someone who has hands–on requirements gathering experience with a proven knowledge of digital technology, who can also work with our development teams to craft effective and efficient solutions.
* Developing a solid understanding of the F1000 platform (and associated products), systems, workflows and data.
* Collecting, analysing, and documenting business, functional, and data requirements in a structured manner and involving vital partners, in order to define strong acceptance criteria for results.
* Converting requirements into user stories along with acceptance criteria and additional support documents.
* Helping support Product Owners in prioritising user stories.
* Managing a backlog of user stories.
* Developing a good working rapport with partners and communicate in an appropriate format to ensure that they have the required level of information for decision making, are kept well–informed of project progress (e.g. coordinating demos, UAT, workshops etc.) and given advance warning of potential risks and issues
