The Role

- Advising and reporting on contentious matters and potential disputes within the business;
- Defending the business from claims and disputes (including liaising with insurers);
- Corporate governance matters;
- Managing claims and mitigating risks;
- Providing legal and commercial training to the business; and
- Other ad hoc legal and commercial matters.
