Corporate Solicitor

My client is a very well-established multi-service firm with a strong presence in nationally. They are looking for an experienced and ambitious corporate Solicitor to join their team.

The Firm

• Top 80 law Firm
• Global multinational Law Firm
• Multiple sites with offices around the UK

The Role

• Advise on a range of generalist corporate transactional work, including mergers, acquisitions, and sales.
• Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within Corporate, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole Corporate team to share knowledge.
• Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.

The Candidate

• 3-6 Years PQE
• You should be able to manage a varied caseload in the most efficient manner whilst working in an extremely busy environment.
