Financial accountant needed for listed real estate business
Your new company
You will be working for a listed real estate development and investment business based in Central London. The business have an extensive portfolio across the UK and have some exciting projects in the pipeline. The business have a large finance function and are looking to bring on an interim financial accountant to support with extra work load.
Your new role
You will be supporting an impressive Finance Manager and be responsible for supporting the accounting and controls for the allocated properties in the UK. You will be integral in making sure the business meets its reporting requirements and support commercial decision making.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a newly qualified accountant, ideally from a practice background with a good technical background. You will have a passion for the real estate industry and be great at building relationships. You will enjoy working within a large and impressive finance function.
What you'll get in return

- Statutory reporting under IFRS including group quarterly reporting
- Management reporting
- Analysis to explain variance against budget, forecast and prior year
- JV reporting
- Multicurrency consolidations
