About the Role

Reporting to the Client Relations Director, the role of the Account Director is to manage the ongoing strategic partnership and Client relationship for our client.

You will manage existing client accounts and recent business wins with a view to increasing revenue and profitability. The Account Director will develop and own the account plan for each account.

The purpose of the role is to identify new lines of business (growth) and account manage key clients in line with agreed contracts and KPI's for any neutral vendor or managed service contract and to provide strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services which assist our clients in improving productivity, recruitment processes, overall performance and savings.

Responsibilities

* Define, document, and execute an ongoing account strategy to achieve short–term business objectives while planning for long–term growth.

* Establish executive level relationships within identified and assigned clients to drive sales opportunities and promote the company's value proposition.

* Developing repeat business by understanding client context, upselling and cross–selling; Developing Business Case and ROI; Providing strategic inputs to shape the client value proposition and creating winning pitches

* Relationship management, ensuring availability of resources on the account and tracking and monitoring of the solutions being delivered to the client, including delivery milestone execution

* Facilities in internal meetings to create recruitment and onboarding campaigns, sales processes, report on sales activities, implement new products, solve problems, and keep up–to–date with information about the company.

* Hiring, training, coaching and leading a team of Senior Account Managers

Qualifications

Skills & Experience Required

* Min 3 years in an account director role, multi–site operations preferred

* Won and led client contracts of GBP5–GBP10million independently

* Experience of recruitment sector temporary and permanent

* Track record of deep, consultative, trust based relationships and strong knowledge, understanding of client's business with strong client references of 3+ years

* Collecting, analysing and interpreting data & statistic
