The role – Recruitment Partner – Professional Services

Due to the incredible growth we have seen within Hoop Professional Services & HR, we are excited to be expanding our recruitment offering to support our clients when recruiting for additional roles including Administration, PA, Executive assistants, Marketing and Comms and Governance. There will be a lot of variety in the roles you are recruiting for, so no two days are the same. The majority of the recruitment will be permanent placements but will also include interim cover.
This is a very rare opportunity within the recruitment world where you can be part of forging and driving the growth of not only the Central support desk, but the Professional Services & HR divisions as a whole. We have ambitious, exciting plans for the team and you can come with us on that journey!
We offer a truly consultative approach to recruitment; we measure success on effective hires rather than sales calls. What we are looking for:
Ideally an experienced recruiter (either in house or agency) who wants to build on our current successes and grow to enable the divisions to expand as a whole. However, we believe in developing people, so if you have the right behaviours and want to work in recruitment, we would still consider your application
Someone who listens to people's needs, both client and candidate and has the ability to match well to vacancies
