We are partnering with an acquisitiveprivate equity backed Group (£7.5m EBITDA) and an extremely high calibre Board to appoint a Finance Director Designate, with a view to developing this individual into a full Board Finance Directorrole within 12 months.
Working closely with the Executive Board,this individual will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the Finance Directors across the Group and developing the Group's internal and external reporting
- Working closely Executive team on all future M&A transactions
- Investorstake holder management, as wellas optimising the Group's debt funding structures.
Requirements:
- ACA qualified
- Due to the acquisitive nature of the group, we are looking for an individual that has had exposure to acquisition accounting either with an SME environment or within practice as a Senior Manager/Director.
