Architectural Associate Director

Job Description:

The duties of the Architectural Associate Director are:

Manage and support a team of 6 Architectural Technologists
Taking a lead on key projects which could involve one–off housing projects, large domestic extensions, housing developments, bespoke designs for restaurants and the leisure industry and guiding the team on said projects
The Architectural Associate Director will progress and update on projects
Attending site visits to clients premises
Entertaining clients Candidate Requirements:

The Architectural Associate Director will have proven experience within the architectural field
Someone who can demonstrate they have lead large profile projects and managed clients previously
Someone who has management/leadership experience
The Architectural Associate Director will be a team player who is flexible in their approach
Experience in using Revit or ArchiCAD would be an advantage Salary GBP45,000 – GBP50,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
