Headline of the Project Director (CSA)

If you have experience of delivering data centre projects in a contractor capacity, or previous project management experience overseeing pharma, life sciences and mission critical construction projects, then this role will be a perfect fit for you.

In this role you will join and lead the data centre team of a newly formed DC division of an established European contractor and as Project Director, you will deliver the companies first data centre project which will develop into many more with you at the helm.

About the Project Director (CSA)

As the Project Director your key measurable will be to successfully deliver a phased data centre project by not just overseeing the varied project team. But also working as the client point of contact from the very first initial project brief to handover. During the project you will also work closely with the Contracts Director to endeavour all elements of the data centre project are coordinated and delivered.

Other key elements of the role are:

Develop first class communication and excellent engagement with your project managers providing encouragement advice and collaboration
Create project plans that focus on budgets and resources for the DC projects
Communicate with all internal departments of the contractor to aline and focus the required resources for the project
Keep all stakeholders informed and lead the weekly project meetings reviewing project progress
Oversee supplier relationships and vendor management
