We have an expanding client base of over 1,000 across the UK, we are looking for an experience Project Manager who can support us in the implementation of new client wins. Working in line with project plans, you will be responsible for the training and recruitment of new teams, ensuring new sites are fully operational and embracing our industry leading technology.

You will be flexible, passionate, with a focus on delivery, ensuring projects are successfully implemented. This role will require working across the North West and West Midlands, so adaptability and the ability to react well to change is essential.

The Project Manager Role

Establish positive relationships with clients across all levels, both during projects and once completed.
Create and deliver all project plans to ensure completion on time and to agreed budget.
Set Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for sites, and regularly review delivery.
Support our Talent Acquisition Team to recruit teams for new sites, ensuring the right team is in place for go live dates.
Provide effective management and leadership, offering training and support to allow the team to deliver in their roles.
Working closely with clients to understand implementation requirements, setting up project plans and timelines and providing regular project updates.
Identifying any areas where we can add value to the client, for example promoting and embracing the use of the latest technologies and recognising where we can reduce cost.
Working with our onsite teams and support functions to effectively manage any TUPE transfers.
Write draft SLAs in collaboration with our Regional Account Manager/ Directors
Liaising with our Compliance team to ensure legal and policy requirements are met and any issues are acted on quickly and efficiently.
Who are we looking for?

You will have project management experience, managing multiple sites.
Ideally you will have knowledge of TUPE transfers.
A background in recruitment, and experience of successfully implementing new client wins.
You will be ambitious, driven, motivated and able to use initiative to overcome obstacles.
Proactive approach with the ability to forecast, with a continuous improvement mindset.
You will be an effective manager with the capacity to influence whilst supporting your team.
What do we need from you?

A full UK driving license with access to your own transport.
You will have a strong background in recruitment, with experience working in line to budgets and knowledge of how to create and implement project plans.
