A key position within the business, the main purpose will be delivering high quality legal services to various key stakeholders and to support the sales, claims and distribution teams.
One of the primary aspects of the role will be providing technical advice on tax (particularly inheritance tax) and trust matters as well as more day-to-day support to various business units on tax, trusts and relevant legal queries.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer, ideally with technical experience advising on tax and trusts (particularly IHT), although individuals with broader experience of private client work will also be considered.
