Following the announcement that the current incumbent is to retire after many valued years of service, we are now recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support our Chief Exec and CFO. This is a key role in our business and requires someone with professionalism and gravitas, together with a unique blend of technical and personal skills.
Overview:
This role will provide a 'first class' level of support to the CEO and CFO, with added responsibilities supporting the HR Director and the MD – Concrete.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Forward planning to ensure that the needs of the CEO & CFO for meetings, events, etc. are met in a timely manner
Undertakes specific business related projects as and when asked to do so by the CEO & CFO
Organises the SLT events (i.e. finding a suitable venue, booking a venue, dealing with the C&B Manager, liaising with the SLT delegates and ensuring the event(s) run smoothly on the day.
Liaises closely with the Communication & Engagement lead on timings of comms so that there are no clashes with important business meetings / events, etc.
Produces an Annual Meetings' Schedule for the main business meetings and liaising with finance to include key financial dates.
Produces a Finance & IR calendar of key dates.
ELT Meetings – Assisting the CoSec, Deputy Co–Sec with Agendas, papers, etc. & uploading onto Diligent
Arranges external events for SLT Mtgs, HR Mtgs
Managing Calendars
Arranging meetings via Outlook, Teams, Conference Calls
Prepares Induction Programmes for incoming Directors to the Business & Senior Management
Prepares papers, PP presentations for meetings and circulates papers in advance
Approves orders / invoices on the JDE system
General PA support to the ExCo members, HR & Finance Teams as required
