The Role:

* Business Development Manager
* GBP26,000 – GBP28,000 Basic + Commission OTE GBP60,000 + Progression to Management + Training + Pension + Phone + Laptop+ Car + Benefits
* Identifying new business opportunities and successfully generating revenue
* Managing the full sales process from the beginning to end, including creating proposals
* Build and maintain good working relationships with key clients
* Regularly following up and complete client leads
* Visit sites to understand the client's requirements and produce solutions to their needs
* To be an expert on the products and services provided

The Person:

* Successfully generated new business from new customers
* Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to maximise business sales
* Highly motivated and positive–minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit
* Engineering related degree desirable
* Full clean driving license
