Location: Stoke, Stoke–on–Trent (Commutable from Cheshire East, Crewe, Derby, Staffordshire and Uttoxeter)
Salary: GBP35,500 per annum plus excellent benefits

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business partner to join their thriving hive. They're looking for someone who can work with our Head of Business Support and HR Project Manager and the Leadership Community to shape and deliver their HR strategy.
Job requirements:

Work closely with the HR Project Manager to deliver projects, support ambitions and priorities of the HR team, strategy, and the wider business.
*
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Leadership Community and managers, to understand the people challenges.
*
Work in partnership with the Communications and Marketing Team to support, influence and deliver the engagement strategy.
*
Lead on day–to–day operational HR, providing support and guidance to managers on policy and best practice, that's in line with current employment legislation.
*
Support managers with complex employee relations cases, including TUPE.
*
Develop initiatives that encourage our people to take ownership of their own performance, careers and learning. And support managers to perform regular check ins and conversations with their team members.
*
Use HR data and metrics to inform and drive decision making and change.
*
Lead, coach and develop a small team of HR Assistants.
What they're looking for:
*
Someone with a Human Resources qualification like CIPD or equivalent and a coaching qualification or experience would be an advantage
*
Substantial experience in HR, previous experience as a HR Business Partner would be an advantage
*
Great ICT skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams and HR systems
*
Good working knowledge of employment law and best practices
*
Great time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage a high workload
*
Great written and verbal communications skills
*
Someone who can travel to Staffordshire, Cheshire and Derbyshire to support teams across the Group.
