Acorn is one of the leading recruitment specialists in the UK and we are looking for a Director of Operations, covering the Midlands. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to ambitious plans to grow & expand Acorn's recruitment offering into new territory!
As a Director of Operations, you will be responsible for:
The sales activity & growth of the region.
The profitability of the region; ensuring that growth opportunities are maximised.
Leading, managing & developing managers & recruiters across the region.
Developing client relationships at a senior level.
Ensuring that clients are receiving a value–added service and that Acorn is the go–to agency.
Ensuring that all recruitment activity is undertaken within procedural, contractual and legislative frameworks.
Embracing and promoting Acorn's company values.We are looking to hear from highly motivated and driven senior recruitment managers, who have a proven track record in the industry, and who are looking for an exciting new challenge.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
