Taking ownership of all Production Engineering activity across an expanding site, this is an ideal role for a manager who wants the freedom to make change. This role will play a vital part in implementing new processes and overall guidance to engineers at a time when they are releasing several new hi–tech products into the market.

Managing all areas of production flow, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site working in parallel with cross functional teams of engineers. The product is highly technical and blends elements of mechanical, electrical, software and physics so you will need to be an engineer who has the technical capacity to understand complex engineering issues.

This is a transformational role where we need a candidate who embraces change and who can manage and coach teams of engineers to achieve a common goal. As the company continue to expand you will also need to develop and recruit engineers into the Production team.

For this role we are looking for:

A degree in an engineering or scientific related field.

Proven Operations or Manufacturing Engineering Management background working with hi–tech products.

Salary for the role is completely dependent on experience
