A high growth and highly profitable technology / software business requires a Group Finance Director (No2 in finance) who can work closely with the CFO and Board under PE Investment to help drive performance, along with effective controls and reporting.
The Group Finance Director will lead a large finance team and enjoy a broad remit globally, owning all aspects of the balance sheet, from transactional finance to controls, through to annual reporting. They will also be heavily involved with M&A activity, leading all technical aspects of the business, with scope to develop the Shared Services function, and lead transformation going forward.
The ideal candidate will have B2B sector experience, preferably gained in a high growth or PE environment. They will need to adept at acquisition integration, having a very ‘Hands on’ approach with a strong EQ intelligence coupled with an excellent technical accounting background. Strong leadership and team management credentials is essential.
