Projects world–wide are looking to appoint a Technical Director to provide technical leadership and direction for the design & development of complex Mechanical Engineering solutions for technically advanced datacentre developments across EMEA
You will be joining an organisation that operates in the top tier within the data centre design & build space, with credentials to include:
Over the last ten years, they consistently achieved 15% + YOY annual growth progressing their operations across EMEA, APAC & The Americas,
A client list which ranges from the world's leading tech & social media firms designing data centres, through to providing Engineering solutions to new Power Stations & developing state of the art engineering solutions for distribution centres,

Responsibilities–
Takes Team Management and leadership role in the development and design and coordination of engineering project services. Assists the Directors with Business strategy and management.
Carries out cost and profit diagnosis on projects including feasibility studies and preparation of project fee proposals
Working closely with clients and project team to establish project requirements
Reviews status advised by project personnel and external parties and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for Management, Client or others.
Role Requirements
BSc/BEng in appropriate engineering discipline/BEng General Building Services or have sufficient equivalent experience
MCIBSE/MIEE or HND/HNC + appropriate experience or equivalent
Chartered Eng status
Experience of data centre or other mission critical projects
Significant experience of specification design for a range of building types
Experience of having managed projects abroad (desirable)
