Working for this leading global technology business you will provide commercial leadership, strategy, & governance across their IT Services Direct Sales function. You will play a key role in driving forward the sales of IT Services through a number of teams across all IT Product & Services business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
?? Provide leadership to the IT Services Direct Sales teams to ensure successful realisation of strategic objectives by targeting existing and new business opportunities
?? Responsibility for annual revenue upwards of GBP100m
?? Leading and developing your team of Sales Directors to ensure performance targets are achieved/exceeded
?? Implementation of new strategies with a clear vision to support and promote commercial direction
?? Own the full P&L, delivering on and exceeding all commercial targets
?? Driving sustained sales growth across all teams; continuously creating business prospects through the management of a strong and credible pipeline of new and existing clients
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
?? Proven background & strong success leading large high–performing teams within the IT Services Sales industry
?? Substantial, quantifiable and demonstrable experience in a similar role operating at this level
?? Extensive track record of success in managing revenue streams in excess of GBP100m
?? Successful background in commercial management and in relationship roles
?? Ability to develop customer–focused strategies to improve growth of new and existing business
?? Demonstrated revenue management and large P&L ownership experience
?? Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities with a strong acumen for financial analysis, financial forecasting and budgeting
?? Big picture thinker, capable of analysing market trends and conditions to provide strategic advice
?? Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, highly confident and capable liaising at C–suite level
Package – Executive Package (six–figure basic salary, car or car allowance, company bonus & performance–related bonus)
