The company's Infrastructure Delivery team are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Business Analyst who will be responsible for understanding business processes and applications, analysing the business needs of internal clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose application solutions.
Role overview:
Using your extensive business analyst expertise, you will have primary responsibility to understand business processes, gather requirements and translate them into a model that will allow the company to achieve its goals. You will establish relationships with third party providers and various ICT Teams, working alongside them to ensure that the Infrastructure roadmap and associated projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a strong understanding of existing Infrastructure and application landscape as building blocks for delivering the next generation of Infrastructure
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with business and IT colleagues and vendors, resolving conflicting priorities or issues as they arise
* Documenting Functional Specifications and working closely with Technical Leads to support solution design and ensuring successful implementation of project requirements
* Work with information gathered from multiple sources, evaluate true business requirements from user requests and ensure that proposed solutions reconcile with strategic objectives
* Work as part of a team collaborating on different aspects of a large projects, ensuring that the objectives of all components are aligned, and that delivered solution will work as an end to end process
* Be able to take responsibility for managing aspects of projects, managing resources, timelines, 3rd parties and delivering status reports, feeding into the overall project.
* Balance business needs with the technical constraints, drive creative solution discussions, and negotiate trade–offs as needed

* Demonstrated experience of gathering requirements and converting them to ensuring a successful implementation of the project requirements
* Explores and considers other's opinions and views and can respond constructively to challenge
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to make links between different pieces of information and helps others to interpret and understand the dependencies
* Evaluates different options and alternatives before making decisions
* Experience of the elements of a Project Management role and an understanding of PMO requirements
* Possess analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate into operational requirements
* Commercial mindset and an understanding of how the project contributes to the overall business case
