Fleet Transport Project Manager

A London Local AUthority is looking for project management expertise around fleet transport. The required skills would include experience in transformation/service change/outsourcing/change project management.
The Borough is reviewing aspects of its fleet service to evaluate where efficiencies can be gained and overall a better service offering for residents of Brent.
You need to be commercially focused individual to seek out opportunities and potential service offerings that will enable the council to continue to stay on top of costs despite continuous growth.
Working closely with key stakeholders internally, Adult Social Care, Children's SEN, but sit in the managing department environment and regeneration.
Understanding and experience of TUPE is desirable, subject to the direction of travel and business case stacking up financially.
The capability to pull together reports, regular briefings and potentially cabinet papers is desirable.
