A Corporate Senior Associate is wanted for an exciting Manchester based opportunity with an award-winning Top 50 UK law firm delivering quality legal services to leading UK based business and multinational corporations.
Applications are invited from Corporate Solicitors to handle a mixed caseload of M & A work, including cross-border work who are looking for an opportunity to push on in a quality driven and forward thinking legal working environment.
The successful Corporate Solicitor will join a dynamic, structured legal team managing mixed caseload of corporate work working for a diverse client base. The role will also provide the opportunity for someone to get involved with the formation and roll out a marketing strategy targeting new business and the development of existing client relationships.
