Head of Enforcement Services – Homebased – with regular travel
This exciting, newly created role is to lead on the development of new business opportunities (specifically in the Enforcement market) in the UK for an award–winning Company.
Emovis is a global and award–winning company with over 800 employees worldwide, with 400+ staff based at our UK offices in Leeds and Runcorn. We are a services company focused on keeping roads moving through electronic tolling, smart mobility solutions and the enforcement of mobility schemes.
Purpose of the Role:
Develop 'winning' relationships with key stakeholders inside targeted Enforcement prospects – these will usually be public sectors clients
Lead on tenders and support the bid team by feeding into the method statements.
Represent Emovis at Parking events/exhibitions to create brand awareness.
Communicate new products or services to prospective clients.
Lead on the planning, preparation, and presentations for client meetings.
Win new business by creating winning business proposals/quotations.
Attend British Parking Association (BPA) and International Parking Community (IPC) meetings to network and identify new prospects.
Keep up to date with industry trends and suggest new projects to tap into new markets.
Setting goals and objectives to develop and improve and increase the business.
Participate in system design reviews and walk–throughs and validate the solutions with the third–party contractors.
Deliver accurate and timely reports.
Ultimately it is anticipated that this role will evolve into a Head of sector for the UK, following a period of successful business development

Proven, extensive business development experience
A person who can develop strategic industry relationships
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional presentation skills
An experienced and skilled salesperson with a strong business development background
A desire to transition your career from pure business development to the head of a sector within the organisation
