My Bristol based clients were established in 2013 and provide external cleaning services to a wide range of businesses including some well known clients across all regions of the United Kingdom. They are capable of handling one off graffiti removal projects through to multi–site regular cleaning regimes on structures as diverse as blocks of flats, self storage warehouses and motorway bridges. I am currently working in partnership with them to find a facilities experienced Business Development Manager to seek out new business opportunities selling a variety of profitable contracts including one offs and regular periodic cleans. Full training and support will be given to the role holder to assist them to learn about the sector and how to quote on projects.

Candidates for this role will have some type of sales experience and success within the facility management sector the reason for this is that such candidates will know who to sell into and how to do it. So whether you come from a hard or soft services background sell maintenance, cleaning, hygiene etc I would be interested to hear from you. Candidates should also possess an excellent knowledge of the entire sales cycle from initial lead finding through to tendering and closing the sale, have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A UK driving licence is a must. Location wise ideally candidates would be based in the south west of England but as the role is national this isn't essential.

The initial annual sales target is negotiable but will be in the GBP300k–GBP400k per annum region. The basic salary and commission will also be tailored to suit both parties. There will also be a flexible benefits package available.

Salary GBP30k neg, commission, car/allowance, IT equipment, negotiable package of benefits, NEST Pension and 28 days holiday
