Commercial Contracts Lawyer

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer for a period of three months initially.

The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be required to pick up a full and existing caseload from the outset. You will need to show an ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. EU Procurement experience is essential.

You will advise on a broad range of contracts to include service contracts and complex construction contracts. You will need to show an ability to draft and negotiate on complex contracts, advise on EU procurement matters and provide advice on contract related governance issues.

Candidates must have a current practising certificate and experience listed in the areas above. Due to the urgent nature of the role, our client is seeking commercial contracts lawyer candidates available on no more than two weeks' notice.
