A market leading Legal 500 firm in Luton is seeking a property litigation solicitor to join their established team of 5 lawyers.
The ideal candidate will have around 5-10 years' PQE that should include the full range of property dispute and if they have additional experience in broader dispute work to include contentious probate this would be advantageous.
The work will include commercial landlord and tenant disputes, business lease renewals, possession, and forfeiture claims (both commercial and residential), rights of way and restrictive covenants, complex leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions, boundary and Party Wall dispute and professional negligence claims.
