Human Resources Business Partner

The role provides consultative and day to day HR Services support that not only impacts the immediate, but also impacts future state and change efforts as we continue our journey to become a LEAN organization. The role utilizes solid consulting and influencing skills to deliver high quality decisions as well as influence change and drive process improvements. This role would be aligned with managers and leaders on the salaried business side of the company while other Business Partners would support the manufacturing division.
