Search Human Resources is currently partnering a leading Manchester based organisation to recruit a National Learning and Development Partner. This is a permanent opportunity paying up to GBP30,000
Reporting into the Learning and Development Director and working as part of a wider learning team you will ensure all people managers are equipped to manage their teams effectively. You will design and deliver specific training utilising the most effective methods to the team and individual.
Key accountabilities will include:
* To deliver the Team Leader development programme
* To deliver the new starter induction
* To produce training materials for in–house courses and be responsible for the delivery of training and development programmes
* Work with the wider team to design engagement programmes
* Evaluate training programmes, amend and revise where needed
* Coach the management team when needed
* Research new technologies and methodologies in work place learning and apply those pathways to the business
* To host internal and external webinar content, ensuring a quality learning experience for the delegates
The suitable candidate for this role will have experience of designing and delivering quality content is a fast paced organisation, you will have a passion for learning and delivering a best in class service to the delegates
