We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Partner to join Wood Mackenzie's Research team. Wood Mackenzie is the global leader in data, analysis and consulting across the energy, chemicals, metals, mining, power and renewables sectors. We are a knowledge business; our expertise is our competitive advantage, so in these rapidly evolving industries the optimization of our employees' engagement, continuous development, and agility is essential to our success.

The role would be part of our Global Research Strategy and Improvement team, supporting business agility and the delivery of our strategic objectives through organizational learning and people development.

The successful candidate will work closely with our internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and find creative ways to identify, capture and share the critical technical knowledge our analysts require at each stage of their career. This role will also work closely with our Director of Talent Development and business leaders to identify priority learning needs, and develop, implement and deliver non–technical learning and resources to support leadership excellence, personal and career development, and Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging (ID&B).

As part of the Research Strategy and Improvement Team, you will support the delivery of our strategic objectives through the provision of aligned opportunities for learning and facilitating the career development of our team producing our research analysis and insight. You will be the primary point of contact for our Research teams across our global network to help them navigate and access learning and career development resources.

You will work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Director of Talent Development to coordinate, continuously improve, and expand our existing internal SME development and knowledge management programmes, resources, and initiatives. You will develop, communicate and maintain career pathways for our Research Analysts at all levels, providing clarity on progression routes, skill & capability requirements by role, and recommending learning resources to enable employee progression.

You will use effective data collection and evaluation techniques (such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups) to establish priority learning needs, and make recommendations on L&D strategy and investment.

And you will develop and deliver non–technical training to support manager, team and personal effectiveness, career development, and Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging
