Our client is a super prestigious multi-national company headquartered in the USA. They would like a strong corporate lawyer to support all their business in Egypt. You will manage a small team of lawyers.

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Arabic. Written, spoken and reading.
- Law degree from a top tier law school.
- 7 years minimum PQE from a well established and well reconigzed law firm or company. Ideally with HQ in the USA.
- A solid and exensive understanding of Egyptian coporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
- The ability to work autonomously and as a part of a regional team
