Corporate Associate Solicitor

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join perhaps Liverpool's most highly renowned national commercial law firm.

You will be a qualified Solicitor (3 years' PQE+) with an impressive background in Corporate law. You'll have handled your own portfolio of corporate transactions and have a passion for corporate commercial work. Your new role will see you taking on responsibility for your own clients, including owner managed businesses, private and public companies, public sector bodies, LLPs, partnerships and individuals. Responsibility will also be given to dealing with corporate transnational work, to include mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins and trade sales and disposals.

The vibrant Corporate department as a whole is recognised across not just Merseyside but the UK for its outstanding work and client care, and they are looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate Solicitor with good commercial awareness and knowledge.

You'll play an integral part of the team and will work alongside the senior solicitors and Partners and, when required, provide assistance and support to more junior members of the team.
