A highly impressive and reputed construction group plc have an exciting new position based out of their Leeds head office but servicing the organisational demands of the Regional MD's across the north of England.

The role is new to the group and is an opportunity to establish a professional way of supporting key executives of the Board.

The group is going from strength to strength and is building on its long history of success with global clients amongst their portfolio.

We require someone of impeccable professional standards, with organisational skills that allow for the managing of several individuals at once. Setting up procedures and standards will be central to this role along with some of the role description below, though its scope and demands are wide.

The key points of the role:–

* Administrating the Management & Board Reporting process:–

* Meticulous management of information

* Compiling and disseminating management meeting reports & filing reports and meeting minutes

* Compiling and disseminating board meeting reports & filing reports and meeting minutes

* Management of senior members of staff & directors in respect to their timely submission of reports

* Accurate recording of minutes from board meetings

* Super user of office 365 and associated Microsoft packages (good experience of Microsoft Sharepoint essential)

* Organisation and management of key business events (meetings / entertaining / travel and the like)

* Work to budgets (key events and entertaining)

* Working with CEO & multiple Divisional MD's (currently 3 ??? vision of 4 in the near future)

* Attending meetings at 3 or more regional divisional office locations

* Remuneration Package is above average with a car allowance and benefits

* Working hours 8:30am – 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
