Due to the strong growth of a US Listed business alongside an increased focus on investing in the finance function, an opportunity has arisen to join the Group Finance Team in the role of Group Finance Manager - Internal Controls, reporting to the Director of Group Finance.
Your new role
The role is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-changing, and global corporation. Group Finance Manager - Internal Controls will lead the workstream responsible for rolling out and implementing the Group's Internal Control Framework in order to facilitate the required internal attestations under the UK SOX. The workload will be varied and challenging and will include significant exposure to the Group CFO and the Group Finance Leadership Team alongside the requirement to build close working relationships with external partner firms on the internal controls journey.
The role will suit a proactive and career-driven individual, looking to build a career within a varied, progressive organisation. The ability to work in a very structured manner whilst building strong cross-border relationships will be key to success. There will be excellent career opportunities for the right individual as the Group continues to strengthen its finance personnel.

What you'll need to succeed
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Understanding USGAAP and SOX
- Strong IT skills (especially Excel skills)
- Ability to communicate professionally across varied stakeholders
- Proactive and inquisitive nature
- Confidence to challenge existing processes and procedures
