Insurance Business Analyst– London/Remote – GBP75k
We are looking to appoint an experienced Business Analyst with a record of accomplishment in operational deliveries within the insurance industry to join us on a 12–month Fixed Term Contract basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing an Operational Resilience framework and methodology across our business.

Your Principal Accountabilities:
* Quickly develop an understanding of our business and analyse and interpret our operational processes and challenges
* Using your strong interpersonal skills, work holistically with the business to confirm requirements, processes and anticipate our future needs.
* Analyse data, design and populate reports and presentations, circulate drafts to involved parties for comment and manage delivery within deadline dates.
* Develop test protocols, oversee testing and analysis of the results for our Programme Director and senior management.
* Work closely with the Programme Director, Project Manager and business teams to ensure that deadlines are met, risks, and issues are escalated in a timely manner.
* Share knowledge, experience and standard methodology when required.
* Act with integrity and sensitivity at all times, you will have access to confidential information, so discretion and utmost professionalism is key.

Your Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent with a deep understanding of the insurance industry and a proven track record of successful delivery in insurance broking, London Market and/or MGA operations
* An expert user of Visio and MS Office software
* Ability to negotiate and influence whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues at all levels.
* Creative and analytical interpretive skills, confident when handling and processing large amounts of data.
* Happy to compile reports, analyse findings and make valued, trusted recommendations. With an ambitious drive, keen to examine details and deep–dive where needed.
* Self–motivated to achieve your own deadlines and to support others to meet key milestones
* Paying attention to the intricate details, often seeing trends that others do not, you deliver salient information with integrity and sensitivity.
