The Role
As a Retail Project Manager, you will be leading the delivery of projects as directed by your superiors (General Manager / Senior Project Manager) on a major shopping centre in East London & West London. You will be overseeing the management, coordination, communication and facilitation of all aspects to relate to the Tenants. You will make sure that the Tenants are compliant with the requirements of their Agreement for Lease and ensure that they deliver, on time, with the agreed fit outs and ready to trade.
Duties
Prepare and present reports
Monitor the progress of all aspects of retail delivery
Attend initial site meetings when required to provide information on the unit
Leading and facilitating the overall cross–functional Companies project teams
Ensure all key milestones in the delivery process is achieved and documented
Chair pre–start meetings with the tenant before they commence fit–out activities
Identify new ideas and opportunities for the Company and solve any business challenges that you may face
Oversee the flow of the project information between the Tenant, Development, Leasing, Design & Construction and Centre Management
Establish a process to check and record that the Tenants are liaising with statutory undertakers and are obtaining all the necessary consents that they are responsible for obtaining to satisfy consent to trade requirements
General administration of the key project documentation and liaise with key members of the team to ensure everything is up to date in terms of; Fit–out guide, AFL, guidelines and making sure the Tenant complies with their obligations at all times
