Programme Manager – Residential Housing
B+C are working with a Large Housing Association who are looking for a Programme Manager (New Build Development) to focus on the Programme Management of their New Build schemes
The role is to establish and lead the Programme function across the New Build Development
Directorate;
– Set and monitor performance for the development programme
– Ensure contractual and financial obligations and delivers value for the organisation
– Ensuring compliance with funding agreements and delivery of Homes England and GLA as well as Private Sector funding streams
– Able to use, update and track the IMS system
– An opportunity to Project Manager one of the organisations flagship schemes
– Manage the delivery of Development and Administrative support, including staff monitoring of service delivery, compliance and work planning
– Current policy and practice procedures are in place and updated to meeting both internal and external targets
